Our High Holiday services are reliant on a significant amount of community support. We encourage you to sign up for a volunteer shift as you are able.

Please note that set up and break down tasks involve lifting and carrying.

We will send you a confirmation email with all the information at least 72 hours before the shift(s) that you signed up for.

Volunteer Options

Help with set-up and cleanup for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur for
Adult services and Family services. You do not need to attend the family service to volunteer.
Rosh Hashanah - September 10th, 11th, 12th, & 13th
Yom Kippur - September 20th, 21st & 22nd

Sukkot

I would like to help set up or take down the Sukkah. Please contact me using the information below with the dates and times.

I am a Nehar Shalom Member and would like to serve as an usher to help welcome and assist congregants for a one-hour shift at any 1-2 of the following services below. Please note: Ushers will be able to participate in the service. Erev Rosh Hashanah, Friday, Sept 11th Rosh Hashanah Day 1, Saturday, Sept 12th Rosh Hashanah Day 2, Sunday, Sept 13th Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur Ma'ariv, Sunday, Sept 20th Yom Kippur Morning, Monday, September 21st Yom Kippur Afternoon, Monday, September 21st
